Your order will be processed as soon as possible. We strive to dispatch the goods within 48 hours. As soon as your package is taken over by our shipping partner, the delivery time takes about one week. Our products will be sent to you by DHL or Hermes.
We and our shipping service providers always strive to deliver the goods on time. Please note, however, that the stated delivery time is only the expected delivery time. Of course, unforeseen problems can arise in exceptional cases.

Cancellation is possible until the goods are shipped. Please contact our customer service. You can reach us either by email at echo@deruizebike.com or via our contact form .
As soon as an order has reached a certain status in our shipping warehouse, cancellations are no longer possible.

With shipment tracking, you can always keep an eye on your order. As soon as we have handed over your package to our shipping partner, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation via email. In this email you will find your consignment number and a direct link to track the consignment.

Your package was not delivered or lost and now you want to claim compensation? Parcels are insured, to get compensation please contact DHL or Hermes.

No, unfortunately it is not possible to change the delivery address after you have placed your order.

If you want to return the bike you ordered online, you can do so without giving a reason. In order to be able to return the bike within 14 days of receipt, it is important that the bike is unused. More details can be found on our returns page.
