We ship the goods via our shipping service provider DHL & Hermes. You can rely on our fast and safe delivery.

Your order will be processed as soon as possible. We strive to dispatch the goods within 48 hours. As soon as your package is taken over by our shipping partner, the delivery time takes about one week. Our products will be sent to you by DHL or Hermes. Currently, we only cover the shipping costs within Germany. 😊

We and our shipping service providers always strive to deliver the goods on time. Please note, however, that the stated delivery time is only the expected delivery time. Of course, unforeseen problems can arise in exceptional cases. We ask for your understanding.

For delivery to other European countries, the delivery time is approx. 3 - 6 days after receipt of payment. Please refer to the table below for detailed information.

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made any other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
